Cancellation/ Rescheduling by Participant

Notice of cancellation/reschedule more than fifteen (15) full calendar days prior to class start date is eligible for full refund or reschedule without penalty.
Notice of cancellation/reschedule on or after the fifteenth (15th) full calendar day prior to class start date is not eligible for refund, but is eligible for reschedule without penalty. The new session date must be given at the time of the reschedule notification and rescheduled classes must be taken within one year of original invoice date.
If a student does not attend a scheduled session, there will be no refund or reschedule given. Payment is forfeited.

Cancellation by Red Hat

Training can be cancelled without prior warning, and money refunded to participants if any of the following events affect delivery of a particular training class: severe inclement weather, natural or local disaster, power outage, airline strike. If training is canceled for any other reason and students are notified less than 10 calendar days prior to start of training, Red Hat will credit the cost of any non-refundable Q-fare basis airline tickets towards a future enrollment in this same course. Credits will only be issued on receipt of original, unused, nonrefundable airline tickets.
