We will focus on the ITIL Version 3 Service Operation processes and discuss how each Service Operation process fits into the ITIL Lifecycle model and how it relates to the other processes. We will explore practical implementations of each, and how each can be tuned to meet your customers' needs.

  • Identify the ITIL Service Operation processes and how they relate to each other
  • Implement each ITIL Service Operation process in your organization
