We will explore the ITIL Version 3 Lifecycle Model and the changes to the processes that underpin it. For each ITIL process, we will focus on the information needed to pass the V2-V3 Bridge exam. Practice exam questions will be used generously to prepare you for exam success.

• Begin to implement ITIL processes in an organization
