WestLake to Open Again in Northern Virginia

After a two-year absence, WestLake has announced that it is re-entering the Northern Virginia market by offering an open-enrollment schedule in the Herndon/Dulles area. Located in the Monument II building at 12950 Worldgate Drive, Suite 200, Herndon VA, 20170, WestLake will begin offering a full complement of web development courses beginning May 6, 2005.

Mark Rogers, WestLake's president and CEO said "In response to the demand from some of our larger corporate clients, we're happy to announce that WestLake is back in Virginia." In December, 2002, WestLake closed its Arlington, VA location and consolidated operations in downtown Washington, DC. "We were focused on maintaining our profitability at a time when the tech sector was facing its biggest challenges. We've since regrouped, won a lot of new business, and have slowly begun the process of expanding our reach again geographically" Rogers said. In additional to a public schedule in Northern Virginia, WestLake also offers classes in New York, NY and later in 2005, will offer additional public classes in San Jose, CA; Dallas, TX and Chicago, IL.

WestLake's Northern Virginia class schedule begins May 6, 2005 and will include several five-day Lab Series' in Java (J2EE), Microsoft .NET, ColdfusionMX, Web Fundamentals, and a variety of other web development technologies.
