More Than Just a Computer Training Center: Learn about WestLake
Founded in 1995, WestLake Training + Development is Skip to Content more than just a generic computer training center; it is one of the very few IT training companies dedicated to instructor-led training for IT professionals. Our Web development classes focus on Web and Enterprise applications development training, along with Project Management Certification training, ITIL Certification training, and Managerial Overviews.
Keeping pace with the first commercial use and evolution of the Internet, WestLake, which has its headquarters just blocks away from the White House in downtown Washington, DC, has consistently responded to client requests for additional support services. In 2002, WestLake pioneered the use of the Virtual Classroom to deliver live, instructor-led technical training to key clients across the nation. Today, WestLake delivers a regular schedule of Virtual Classroom training in topics as varied as Adobe CS3, .NET, Project Management Certification, and ITIL Certification.
In 2005, WestLake introduced its Applied Mentoring and Development service in response to market demand for hourly consulting delivered by senior level technical and/or project management experts. WestLake consultants are trained by WestLake, and will not only provide technical support and leadership, but also will be able to transfer skills to the project team.
In 2008 WestLake broke with its tradition of exclusive vendor-neutrality to become an Adobe certified partner. WestLake now delivers certified training in Adobe, Project Management (PMI) and ITIL.
WestLake offers its Web development classes in five computer training center locations across the United States, including Washington, DC; New York, NY; Atlanta, GA, San Jose, CA; and Chicago, IL. Additionally WestLake offers dedicated private training to corporations, government agencies and not-for-profits throughout the country and around the world.
Our Web Development Classes Stand Out from the Crowd
WestLake offers Web development classes that cover a wide range of today's critical technologies, including service-oriented architecture (SOA), Java, .Net, Adobe; Ajax, XML, Cascading Style Sheets, and more. Each class can be delivered via a live, interactive, instructor-led online version; at a WestLake computer training center through our open enrollment program; or at a client's campus. WestLake writes much of its own courseware, which means that courses can be customized to build skills that will be immediately applied in the workplace..
